Kelly Realty's office is located on Scenic Lower Long Lake, approximately 45 minutes north of Eau Claire and two hours East of the Twin Cities, in a place we call the "Blue Diamond Area", a heavily forested area with many lakes and rivers. Pat and Eric both grew up on the lake and call the Blue Diamond Area home. "Wisconsin Northwoods is where we both feel at home." Both love to hunt, fish, and enjoy the magic of nature through all four wonderful seasons.
Our primary focus is on Residential and Recreational property, but we have also been involved in multi-million dollar commercial and light industrial sales, including many 1031 exchanges.
